The Experience

Each quarter, Shelley Lindgren and our award-winning team at A16 will carefully select seasonal Italian wines for you to savor at home. These wines are inspired by our travels through Italy's most captivating regions and destinations, chosen for their authenticity and connection to place.

Etna Club ($175)

Our Etna-focused club features 3–4 curated bottles, with educational content on the land, production practices, and more. We'll share our knowledge on this wild frontier that has over 100 contrade and diverse in production. Become an Etna expert and learn about these producers.

Tour of the Boot ($225)

Our seasonal wine club features 6 bottles, with educational content on various regions across Italy. Each quarter, you'll dive into a special time and place. You'll learn how the history of the land, climate, and traditions have shaped each sites winemaking practices.

Tansy Add-On

Meet the Tansy wines: Italian varietals sustainably farmed in California soils. These are wines that bloom with sunshine and soul—our Pinot Grigio and Red Blend were made for barefoot dinners, picnic tables, and spontaneous porch hangs. Owned by women, made by women, and synonymous with the things we hold near and dear—community, accessibility, and sitting around a table.

A16 San Francisco, with its James Beard Award-winning wine list, Michelin Bib Gourmand status, and an intimate setting off of Chestnut Street in the Marina District, is a destination for locals and visitors alike.

A16 is both a neighborhood spot and a wine and food lovers' destination, where people come for meatballs and pasta as well as seasonal specialties and Neapolitan traditions, all paired with a curated wine list.

Since 2014, A16 has specialized in wood-fired Vera Pizza Napoletana (V.P.N.), requiring extensive training in Italy. The restaurant's ovens are the basis of the wood-fired menu, though fresh Northern California produce features in gorgeous salads and desserts.
