Abby Jane Bakeshop launched its Dripping Springs, TX location in January 2021. Owner Abby Love and team serve up a selection of baked goods featuring heritage grains freshly stone-milled by our next-door neighbor, Barton Springs Mill. In fact, a nine-foot window from the bakery into the mill means you can enjoy your breakfast while literally watching our millers at work. Our commitment to whole and healthy grains, grown using organic farming practices by small family-run farms, means that your loaf of bread is not only better for you nutritionally, it's just simply more flavorful. Plus, we also give you the chance to pretend like your croissant is healthy! You're welcome.
