Beast & Cleaver butcher boxes are a great way to support your local food system. Every box is packed with a rotating selection of hand-picked, sustainably raised meats, house-made charcuterie, or other delicious products sourced from Washington’s finest farms and ranches. Our whole-animal approach honors the lives that sustain us, minimizes waste, and brings you unique, expertly crafted selections–showcasing the full potential of every beast.

Each box features a rotating selection of beef, pork, charcuterie, or other signature creations handpicked by the Beast & Cleaver team. Select your size:

We partner with local Washington farms to source ethically raised, premium-quality meats. Whole-animal butchery allows us to prepare unique nose-to-tail cuts, dry-age select offerings, and showcase artisanal creations you won’t see at a typical butcher or grocery store.

Each butcher box arrives with one pound of ground beef and a rotating variety of beef, pork, or specialties like charcuterie and sausages selected by our expert butchers. You’ll also receive cooking tips to help you explore new cuts with confidence.

We currently offer local delivery on a set schedule. You’ll receive a confirmation email at the start of each month with your delivery details, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your box.
