We started the Brasa Supper Club to bring the heart of our kitchen into your home—a quarterly ritual that celebrates the bold, comforting flavors of American Creole cooking. Every season, our culinary team crafts a menu that blends Brasa’s signature dishes with new creations and off-menu specials, all highlighting locally sourced, seasonal produce and proteins.

One quarter, your meal might feature Piri Piri glazed chicken thighs, Carolina smoked pulled pork with red vinegar sauce, and sides like yam purée with apple chutney or vegetarian collard greens with smoked mushrooms. Each box includes fully prepared dishes, accompanied by chef's notes and simple instructions—just assemble and serve. Available for pickup at our Northeast Minneapolis location or delivery within the local area.

Opened in 2007 as his sophomore restaurant to the wildly popular Alma, Alex Roberts Brasa, serves up delicious, nourishing food inspired by the traditional ingredients and flavors of the southern U.S., Caribbean and Mexico. The kitchen is supplied with many locally sourced products, 100% natural meats, eggs and dairy and features organic ingredients, Fair Trade coffee & teas.
