Brassica Kitchen + Café was founded by the Whisk pop-up team, providing creative and comfortable cuisine to our beautiful community in Forest Hills. By day, we are brassica cafe, serving freshly made donuts and coffee; weekend brunch we rock our famous chicken and waffles and other favs. Evenings Wednesday - Saturday we are Brassica Kitchen, a spot for fermentation forward food & drink with an emphasis on low waste and seasonal local ingredients. We are a passionate team obsessed with exploring, creating, & sharing. Our hospitality is casual, friendly, and honest. Come see us, it might just be your thing.
