The Experience

There’s something about a bottle that just gets it—the one that’s chilled and ready when the pizza lands, or opens up slowly over the course of a long conversation. That’s the spirit behind the our Wine Club.

Each month, our sommelier, Rania Zayyat, selects a fresh lineup from producers she trusts and wines she loves to drink. The Glou Glou Pack is your easygoing favorite: light, crushable, and never not refreshing. The Sip Sip is a little more structured—built for meals, moments, or just slowing down. The Glee Pack brings the rare finds and hard-to-get bottles for when you want to feel fancy without leaving home. And if you’re feeling all red, you can grab 3 or 6 bottles of that.

Every box comes with tasting notes and pairing suggestions directly from Rania to help you savor what makes each bottle sing. Join us to enjoy local delivery, monthly rhythm, and bottles worth lingering over.

Bufalina is known for its classic Neapolitan pizzas, cooked in our Stefano Ferrara wood-burning oven, which runs north of 900 degrees, for roughly 90 seconds. In addition to those chewy pies in flavors like vodka arrabiatta, there are expertly conceived details to elevate the whole experience: freshly pulled mozzarella with a rotating garnish, and daily pasta specials such as rigatoni with tender braised rabbit. Most importantly, sommelier Rania Zayyat curates a thrilling wine list that spans the globe from new-school Cali to cult French producers.
