Chloe by Vincent is a new casual French restaurant in Downtown Minneapolis created by Chef Vincent Francoual, Restore Restaurant Holdings and restaurateur Erik Forsberg. Located at 700 S. 3rd Street, inside the historic Canopy by Hilton Minneapolis Mill District hotel, the restaurant is named after Chef Vincent and Brenda Francoual's young daughter, Chloe, who shares a love of cooking with her father. Chloe's signature created our logo and one of her drawings, created while sitting at a hightop waiting for her father to finish in the kitchen, greets guests as they arrive. Chef Vincent was the namesake and creative force behind Vincent, A Restaurant, which was frequently named the best French restaurant in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area during its 14-year run.
