At Coppa Butchery, we're passionate about bringing exceptional meat to your table with a rotating box of prime cuts, butcher’s picks, and seasonal favorites. Each month is different, always fresh, and always rooted in the farms and purveyors we trust. By embracing a nose-to-tail approach, we minimize waste and highlight the full potential of every animal — from everyday essentials to unique cuts that make cooking at home an adventure.

Each box features a rotating selection of beef, sausage, poultry, and other signature creations handpicked by our team and with prep notes to inspire your next meal.

Standard Box ($95)

Feeds 2–4. Mix of beef, pork, and poultry. Think weeknight steaks, pork chops, organic chicken, sausages, and ground beef.

Premium Box ($185)

Feeds 4–6. Bigger variety across beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. Think larger formats like roasts and racks, and larger portions.
