Each month the Crafted team brings you a rotating multi-course tasting menu featuring signature Crafted dishes, seasonal specials, and surprise chef’s creations highlighting ingredients from our Yakima farms and neighboring suppliers.

  • Authenticity drives our food and cocktail program. We strive to use ingredients that are closest at hand. Between our Yakima farms and neighboring suppliers, our ingredients don't travel very far to your plate or glass.

James Beard-nominated chef Dan Koommoo and his wife Mollie opened Crafted in 2016 with an intentional commitment to foragers and farmers in the Pacific Northwest. Their farm-to-table restaurant in downtown Yakima is surrounded by Washington States agricultural riches. The kitchen team collaborates to build Crafteds menu, which changes constantly in alignment with fresh, seasonal food gathered within about a 100-mile radius of the restaurant. And, as a nod to the restaurant's dedication to community, the menus are designed to be sharable and enjoyed alongside Crafted's seasonal cocktails and local beer and wines.
