Del Mar

Del Mar Quarterly Paella Party

The Experience
Our paella has always been more than a dish. It’s what we gather around, the reason we open another bottle, the thing that brings everyone a little closer.

This quarterly club is our way of sharing that ritual. Each delivery includes one of our award wining paellas and a seasonal spread of Spanish provisions, made to serve two to four diners. Add wine from our Best of Spain list we usually reserve for special nights on the Terraza. Everything is cooked to order in our Wharf kitchen, with the same care we’d give if you were sitting in our restaurant.

From our waterfront to your home, it’s all here — the flavor, the welcome, the pause worth making.
Wine Add-On
A rare cellar selection — something we’d pour for you on the Terraza at sunset, sent directly to you this season.

Del Mar is a love letter to Spain, created by Chef Fabio Trabocchi and inspired by his wife Maria’s heritage. From the beginning, this restaurant has been a collaboration between their culinary vision and the hands of Spanish artisans, built piece by piece in Spain, then assembled on the waterfront at the Wharf. Every paella, every tile, every detail reflects a commitment to tradition, hospitality, and the joy of bringing people together.

By joining this quarterly club, you're supporting the team that makes Del Mar what it is, from the cooks who tend the fire to the servers who know your order before you speak. You’re helping us keep this space vibrant, generous, and true to its roots. It's a way to stay close to the people and place behind the plate, even when you're not at the table.
