The Experience
Each month, Chef Rich Burns and his culinary team will curate a rotating fresh pasta kit featuring handmade pastas, gourmet sauces, simple cooking instructions, snacks from the kitchen, and everything you need to recreate the signature Della Terra experience at home!

  • Rigatoni Carbonara— black & yellow pasta, guanciale, egg yolk, parmesan, pecorino romano, black pepper
  • Pappardelle Boscaiola— braised pork ragu, porcini mushroom, whipped ricotta, parmesan
  • Penne Pistachio— toasted pistachio cream, parmesan, poppy seeds
  • Ravioli Caprese— garlic, basic, marinara, parmesan, filled with ricotta & mozzarella

Della Terra which translates to “of the earth” transforms the essence of a small town eatery. Centrally located in historic downtown Zelienople, our goal is to capture the warmth and comfort of an Italian trattoria.  Executive Chef and Zelienople native Rich Burns reinterprets the bounty of the surrounding area, exploring an ingredient-driven cuisine that pulls inspiration from the Italian cooking tradition to create meaningful food, celebrating the restaurant’s ongoing relationship with its local family of farmers and suppliers.
