Donato Enoteca opened 15 years ago in Redwood City, California, with the mission of bringing delicious regional Italian cuisine to Northern California. Bergamo-born chef and owner Donato Scotti prepares homemade pasta, wood-fired pizza, grilled meats and fresh, seasonal produce, in addition to hosting regular winemaker dinners and special events. Donato also owns CRU, a wine bar and specialty retail market in Redwood City, and Donato & Co. in Berkeley with his friend and fellow chef Gianluca Guglielmi.
