  • Fresh, locally sourced cuts of meat
  • House-made charcuterie (salami, prosciutto, bresaola)
  • Smoked bacon and off-menu cured meats
  • Artisan pantry items: sauces, spreads, jams, crackers, pickled vegetables, and more
  • House-made rubs, marinades, and seasonal butcher’s extras
  • Fresh-baked baguettes
Each box also includes a curated recipe to help you get the most of each roast included in your monthly box
