East Side King Chef's Supper Club
- Build your own steam bun (all items packaged separately): Choice of pork belly or fried avocado buns.
- Pork belly includes 2 warm bao buns, crispy pork belly, Hoisin sauce, Cucumber kimchi, sliced green onions
- Avocado includes, 2 warm bao buns, fried avo, spicy mayo, veggies, herbs.
- Cucumber Salad: Cucumbers toss in chili garlic vinaigrette, toasted peanuts, thai basil, mint, cilantro, and negi
- Tuna bowl: Seared ahi tuna with cabbage, spring mix cucumber, avocado, edamame, pickled onion, green cabbage, cherry tomato drizzled with negi oil. Spicy mayo on the side
- Japanese Kara Age: Marinated in soy sauce and double fried chicken thigh, Anori, lemon and Japanese mayo
- TKG Onsen Tamago: Bed of rice seasoned with Furikake and negi topped with an Onsen egg, and garnished with pickled onion, kimchi, fukujinzuke
- Mushipan: Soft pillowy cheese cake bread
- Pantry Items like Sweet & Spicy Sauce & Kimchi Jar

Created by Paul Qui and Moto Utsunomiya during their time at Uchi/Uchiko, East Side King provided a space for creative freedom and fun with food. East Side King has grown from a food truck behind the Liberty Bar to include a brick and mortar on South Lamar, a catering department, and talent like Thai Changthong, Executive Chef of Thai-Kun.
