Each month, Chefs Gustavo Quiroz and Niven Patel craft a pasta kit with handmade, seasonal pasta, house-made sauces, and perfectly paired garnishes—everything you need to bring Erba’s flavors home. Each box also includes gourmet pantry staples from Rancho Patel and local purveyors for the freshest ingredients.
