- Flour French toast: Flour's baked french toast served with butter and local maple syrup.
- Fall Farro salad: Roasted delicata, pickled apples, dried cranberry, honey cashews, aged gouda, maple miso vinaigrette
- Chunky Beef Chili: beef chili, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar, lime crema, tortilla chips
- Stoneground Cornbread
- Bake at Home Everything Cookies: All our famous doughs put together for an over the top cookie like no other.
- Pumpkin cream cheese: A tasty spread that you can use on your french toast, cornbread, and just about anything else.

- Granola w/ mixed berry labne:  housemade granola and yogurt labne blended with honey, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries
- Garden Salad: crispy green leaf, mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots
- butternut squash ravioli: shrimp, chorizo bread crumbs, sage cream sauce, sauteed spinach
- Cranberry Pepita Rolls: Sourdough roll studded with cranberry and pepitas
- Sticky Bun Bread Pudding: With whipped cream, caramel goo and pecans
- Bottle of Flour Apple Cider Vinaigrette: 12 ounce bottle of apple cider viniagrette - keep in your fridge and shake well for future salads!

- Apple Snacking Cake: spiced cake with pecans and granny smith apples
- Radicchio Farro Salad: candied pecan, pickled beets, dry cherry, goat cheese, balsamic vinaigrette
- vegetable lasagna: layered pasta with roasted squash, spinach, tomato, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan
- garlic broccolini: Broccolini, toasted garlic, red crushed pepper, extra virgin olive oil
- Focaccia, Herb and Olive Oil
- Bake at Home Ginger Molasses Cookies: full of ginger and spice, rolled in granulated sugar

All meals come with accompanying Chef's notes & prep instructions — simply assemble & serve.
  • Flour Bakery & Cafe will host their monthly pickups & deliveries on the last Wednesday, Thursday & Friday of every month *unless otherwise noted* 
  • You'll receive an email & text message at the beginning of each month with the slated fulfillment dates for the corresponding month.
  • You can skip a month, pause or cancel your membership anytime via your Table22 member portal.
