The Experience
Each monthly subscription will consist of a rotating array of hand-cut and locally-sourced proteins from one of Chicagoland's premier meat markets and specialty grocers. Farm-to-table is the name of the game, with much of their offering of pasture-raised beef, pork, veal, lamb, and poultry raised right here in Illinois. Optional add-ons from their full service kitchen and deli are available, as well as fine wine pairings to complement the delicious meals you’re sure to cook with their meats. We couldn’t possibly capture all this hidden gem has to offer so make sure to explore the store at pickup time!

Forza Meats is an independent, full-service butcher shop, Italian market and kitchen, serving customers across Chicagoland for going on six years. Owned and operated by Chicagoland natives and lifelong friends, Forza strives to bring old-world service with a modern sensibility to satisfy its customers desires for both quality and convenience. In addition to the items available in your subscription Forza Meats also offers daily fresh made-sandwiches at all of its locations, along with a rotating array of take and bake entrees and sides from its kitchen, and a wide selection of imported Italian groceries and specialty items. We also provide catering services for parties of virtually any size, with a focus on old-world Italian recipes, but the range to craft a menu to your taste.
