What You'll Get
- THE CHEESE: Each month our mongers work tirelessly to source unique and delicious cheeses for our club members. In each box you will receive three pieces of cheese; the styles will vary from month to month according to a new theme. With membership you will also get first dibs on seasonal and limited releases!
- THE PAIRING: Because you can't live on cheese alone (trust us, we've tried), each month you will also receive a themed pairing! This could be jam, salami, pickles, even a handy cheese knife. Our pairing bench is deep, and we always endeavor to surprise and delight.

We are a liquor store, cut-to-order cheese counter, whole-animal butcher, scratch deli, caterer, event venue, and a hub for cheese & wine education. Our sister locations, St. Paul Cheese Shop & St. Paul Meat Shop, are in the Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul.
