Chef Mark Frazie has spent his entire career immersed in Atlanta’s dynamic restaurant scene, working alongside top chefs, curating award-winning wine lists, and managing some of the city’s most renowned dining establishments. His journey began under Master Chef Tom Catherall at Here to Serve Restaurants, where he honed his leadership skills, and continued at Fifth Group Restaurants as a beverage manager, deepening his expertise in wine and service.
Mark’s passion for high-quality ingredients led him to the heart of the industry—sourcing and selling premium proteins. He mastered the seafood trade with Inland Seafood, supplying Atlanta and Charleston’s top restaurants, then became a top sales rep at Buckhead Beef, working with the finest cuts of meat.
Now, with Frazie’s Butcher Box, Mark is bringing that same dedication to quality, hospitality, and expertise directly to your home.
