Each month, the Houston Dairymaids team will select 5 cheese to create a balanced selection made up of a variety of flavors, textures, milk types, & intensities — a cheese course that's ready to serve and be enjoyed by all.

    • Includes five cheeses (1.5-1.75lbs total) with descriptive information
  • Dairymaids’ Monthly 5 Cheese Selection with Extras— $105
    • Includes all five cheeses (1.5-1.75lbs total) & descriptive information plus two paired snacks such as local jam, crackers, honey, cured meats or nuts.

We love sparkling wine with cheese. Let us pair the perfect bottle of bubbly with your monthly cheese selection:
  • 1 Bottle Sparkling Wine— +$30

You can skip a month, pause or cancel your membership anytime via your Table22 member portal.
Houston Dairymaids is a seventeen-year-old venture from seasoned cheese professional, Lindsey Schechter. Part business and part exploration, our goal is to meet artisan cheesemakers, learn about their craft, and bring the best of their products to Houston. Through our retail shop in the Heights and our wholesale distribution to Texas’ finest restaurants, we hope to share our experiences while expanding the offerings of specialty foods to our community.
YOU (The Gifter!)
  1. Make your membership selections for the gift and select Become A Member.
  2. On the next checkout page, select "Is this a gift?"
  3. Provide the gift recipient’s contact information and an optional gift message that will be sent to the recipient via email. Note you can also enter your own contact details as the Recipient and forward to them if you plan to share the gift at a later date.  
  4. If you don't pre-select a specific length of the membership, cancel your gifted membership when you're ready in your Table22 Member Portal.
THEM (The Gift Recipient!)
  1. After you complete purchase, your gift recipient will receive an email with your gift message and more detail on the membership. Note you can also enter your own contact details as the Recipient and forward to them if you plan to share the gift at a later date.  
  2. Unless otherwise noted, they will receive the first order in the month after purchase (i.e. January).
  3. They will receive email and text message notifications directly from Table22 confirming pickup and/or delivery details each month.
  4. If they wish to adjust or skip an order, they will be able to reach out to us at yum@table22.com.
