Kennebec Meat Co. opened its doors to the public in May of 2022 with a goal of supporting small family farms throughout Maine as well as providing quality meats and provisions to the mid-coast community.

The founders of the company, the Raymond family from Georgetown, found themselves driving farther and farther to consistently find high quality, locally sourced meat and meat-related products. Given their love for the mid-coast Maine area, the Raymonds decided to open a shop in Bath to serve the mid-coast community.
