Kingston Wine Co. is an indie wine shop located in the historic Waterfront District of downtown Kingston, NY in the beautiful Hudson Valley. The shop focuses on traditionally made wines with little added and little taken away, with an emphasis on biodynamic, organic, and natural wines. Most of the wines on the shelves are made using time-honored, historically rich techniques, achieving an authentic expression of place, history and culture. KWCo. is not dogmatic about one method or path—there are multiple roads to deliciousness, terroir and transparency. The shop's general philosophy is that the 'less is more' approach to winemaking is a better route for our culture, our environment, and our palates. In addition to supporting and promoting affordable esoteric wine known little beyond where it is grown, the shop also highlights the classics, the highly sought after, and new emerging trends in the wine world.
