Every edition offers a fresh take on Thai cuisine, available only through this series—not on the regular restaurant menu. Future editions will continue the journey with new themes and flavors.

Our first edition is inspired by the recent Cookbook Club Pop-up Dinner with Mehreen Karim, featuring a plant-based Thai menu that’s tasty, healthy, and unapologetically flavorful.
