Each month, members receive a rotating selection of thoughtful, wholesome, hand-cut products, curated with care by your lovely Left Bank butchers. Your boxes will include selections of our favorite cuts, specialty items from our kitchen, members-only items, & butcher’s notes.
Bottom line, we’re gonna make boxes that we feel proud of, which means you’ll head home with really good goods.

You can skip a month, pause or cancel your membership anytime via your Table22 member portal.
Fulfillment Dates:
- We will have boxes available during two weeks in each month. This will most often be the second and fourth weeks of the month. Each month you will be able to choose which day (Thursday-Saturday) of which week you’d like to pick up.
- Subscribe by March 31 to be included in the April fulfillment, currently expected to begin on 04/11.
- Add-ons will be reoccurring with your Butcher's Club every month

We buy whole animals that have been lovingly, ethically raised by our partner farms and take pride in using every part of them. Compared to conventional (i.e. industrial) meat production, our old-school model requires creativity, thoughtfulness, and a serious dose of stubbornness to pull off. But it lets us cultivate connectedness to the land, to the animals we eat, to our community of neighbors, friends, and customers, and to a set of rich global food traditions. It’s also, incidentally, just a helluva lot more fun!
At our shop in Saxapahaw, you can watch our butchers work, sample our broad and always-changing line of house-made charcuterie, and get inspired about what is possible in the kitchen. Whether you’re a new cook just starting to find your bearings, a busy parent trying to feed a crowd, or an adventurous home chef wanting to find some special cuts for your next dinner party, we’ll meet you where you’re at.
