At Matt & Tony's, we utilize the best products from local farmers to craft our rotating seasonal cuisine. Now once a month, our culinary teams will prepare a special 5-course chef's tasting menu to enjoy at home! Monthly meals will feature signature dishes, seasonal specials, and off-menu surprises just for members.

  3. Auto-Enrollment: When slots become available, we'll auto-enroll you with an option to opt-out before billing.
  4. Manage Membership: Manage or cancel your waitlist reservation or membership anytime via your member portal; note that cancellation will forfeit your spot in line.

Our roots trace back to Anton “Tony” Schabas, an Austrian pastry chef who crossed the Atlantic aboard a German cruise ship—never allowed to step foot in New York. Until one day, determined to start fresh, he grabbed his belongings and jumped ship. Tony landed a spot at the Waldorf Astoria and his rye bread became so renowned that former President John F. Kennedy once had it delivered to the White House.

Today, his great-grandson Matt carries that legacy forward with a menu full of bold, scratch-made American fare. From towering plates of chicken and waffles and unforgettable shrimp and grits to mouthwatering braised ribs—we serve comfort food with personality.
