Once a month, you’ll receive 2 bottles of wine hand-picked by our team. Expect an ever-changing mix of bottles ranging from funky, small-batch local gems to timeless, old-world classics.

Every bottle comes with handwritten tasting notes and pairing suggestions from 2 of the folks who help curate our selection — Monica and Patrick. With over a decade of experience of working in hospitality (at some of your favorite LA restaurants and beyond), Monica is a natural wine enthusiast — always curious to uncover the story behind each bottle and how it was made. Patrick is McCall’s beloved cheesemonger (responsible for all the personally written notes on every piece of cheese at the shops). He adores luscious, tannin heavy Italian reds and has nearly 30 years in gourmet food (18 in cheese) — curation and pairings are his specialty!

McCalls Meat & Fish Co. is a family-owned + operated gourmet market offering expertly butchered meats, fresh fish, farmers market produce, specialty retail, + wine. Since opening the doors in 2010, we've taken pride in providing our community with the best quality products needed to create any meal - from simple snacking to fine dining - in the comfort of your home.
 
We source the vast majority of our meats from farmers who refrain from using antibiotics + growth hormones while practicing humane husbandry + slaughtering methods. Our fish is wild-caught or responsibly farm-raised in the most natural environments. The rest of our shop is stocked with items you won't find at your usual grocer: from locally-made small-batch sauces to specialty imported cheeses, we've got your gourmet food wish list covered.
