The Experience

Our monthly meat subscription box, is a convenient and impactful way for customers to support a local food system. Each month, our butchers hand-pick cuts of steak, house-made sausages, bacon, and other delicious products sourced from our trusted farmers. Every purchase you make helps to develop a more sustainable food system in the Great Lakes region.

Huron — Small Variety ($60)

Small pack contains a fresh beef/pork cut, sausage, and other delicious products from the farms we source from in the Great Lakes Region, weighing 4-5 lbs. Each cut contains 2-4 servings for meals.

Superior — Large Variety ($105)

Large pack contains fresh beef/pork cuts, sausage, bacon, and other delicious products from the farms we source from in the Great Lakes Region, weighing 9-10lbs. Each cut contains 2-4 servings for meals.

All Beef Provision Pack — $125

Each month, receive a unique box curated by our butcher team, including ground beef, beef bacon, a house-made beef item, a marinated or rubbed beef item, fresh beef/pork cuts or roast cut, and a rotating specialty item.

Fulfillment Dates: Marrow Detroit Provisions will host pickups at Marrow Detroit & Marrow Birmingham on the last Friday — Sunday of every month. Pickups at Detroit Eastern Market will be on the last Saturday of each month. Deliveries will go out on the last Friday of every month.
Your First Order: Your first order will be in the month following when you sign up! For example, if you sign up in June, your first order will be available in July, and so on.
Monthly Order: You'll receive an email and text message at the beginning of each month confirming the monthly fulfillment day.
Table22 Subscription Management: Manage your subscription seamlessly in the Table22 Member Portal, where you can easily skip a month, pause or cancel your subscription, or update billing and other account information! This monthly membership is recurring, so you’ll be billed at the end of each month for the following month’s order unless you pause or cancel.

Marrow Detroit Provisions' vision is to build and support a sustainable food system in the Great Lakes region. They are working to bring the food lifecycle back to basics - purchasing directly from farmers, honoring the animals and land, and maintaining a small footprint in sourcing and distribution. The approach is three-fold: educating about more ethical and sustainable ways to eat, collaborating with industry partners to improve on and reform processes, and innovating to find better solutions and better products.
