The Experience
We created the Millennium Supper Club to bring our plant-based fine dining experience into your home. Each month, Chef Eric Tucker and our culinary team craft a rotating multi-course tasting menu that showcases signature dishes, seasonal inspirations, and special off-menu creations. It's a way to enjoy the creativity and care of Millennium without needing a reservation.

One month, you might enjoy a shaved asparagus and arugula salad with pickled green strawberries and Aleppo chile sunflower seeds, followed by chickpea panisse with almond-saffron rouille. The main course could feature a blue corn masa tamal filled with poblano, sweet potato, and cashew cheese, served with pastor-glazed purple cauliflower and smoky Pasilla chile black bean purée. Finish with a lemon vanilla bean cheesecake mousse layered with apricot-chamomile jam and gingersnap crumble. Meals are fully prepared with chef's notes and easy instructions—just assemble and serve.

This isn't just dinner—it's a celebration of vibrant, globally inspired vegan cuisine. Whether you choose pickup or delivery in the San Francisco or Oakland area, each box is a chance to savor the flavors and philosophy that define Millennium.

Working with small farms, our menu changes constantly to showcase the finest local, sustainable, and organic produce at its peak. Thoughtfully blending flavors from around the world with classic techniques, we create vibrant dishes that are exciting to diners of all kinds. Eric Tucker is the founding and current Chef - co-owner of Millennium Restaurant. He is the principal author of The Millennium Cook Book and The Artful Vegan, both Ten Speed Press. A graduate of The Natural Gourmet Cookery School in NYC, his culinary passion has been to elevate vegetable-based cuisine to the sublime! Millennium's cuisine can be described as a convergence of many ethnic styles with northern California sensibilities and contemporary presentation.
