Right across the street, Pasta Night — co-founded with longtime friend Joseph Catalanotti — carries that same spirit into the savory side with handmade pasta and Brooklyn hospitality. Pastry chef Valerie Figueroa Ortiz ties it all together with sweets baked fresh each week.
