The Experience
Each month, the Peter Chang culinary teams will prepare a special multi-course meal for 2 or 4 people highlighting signature dishes, new seasonal specials, & off-menu chef’s creations. 
Pickup or Delivery?

  • Sesame Noodles - sesame sauce, soy sauce, chili oil, minced radish
  • Pork Dumplings - seasoned soy sauce and chili garlic sauce
  • Wonton Soup - chicken stock, pork, scallions, wonton wrappers
  • Black Pepper Beef - sliced beef, red bell peppers, asparagus, and onions in black
    pepper sauce
  • Chocolate Sesame Tart - dark cocoa shell filled with chocolate miso ganace and topped with sesame candy

Peter Chang is an award winning chef specializing in Szechuan cuisine who has cooked for restaurants throughout cities in the American southeast and the DMV area. Chang was born in Hubei Province and trained in China, and cooked a meal for former Chinese president Hu Jintao. He moved to the United States to work as the chef at the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C. In the past, Chang has disappeared and left restaurants, inspiring a group of fans to follow his movement in Internet discussion boards, such as DonRockwell.com and Chowhound.
