Piglet & Co Supper Club

The Experience
Each month, Chef Chris Yang will curate a rotating meal experience featuring our signature dishes, off-menu chef's creations, members-only surprises, and everything you need to enjoy a Piglet & Co meal at-home. Memberships are very limited. 

Dishes will come fully prepped, simply heat and serve! 

  • House Pickles: a rotating assortment of kimchi, woodear mushroom, takuan, et al
  • Furikake Rice: short grain rice and nori furikake
  • Charred Cabbage Salad: black sesame dressing, tong ho, asian pear, pork crackling
  • Garlic Noodles: black pepper gravy, roasted onion, broccoli di ciccio, lard
  • Mala BBQ Pork Ribs: mala miso glaze, togarashi mayo, red onion pickle, bubu arare
All meals come fully prepared with accompanying notes & prep instructions — simply assemble & serve.

Located in San Francisco, Piglet & Co is in the center of the Mission District, a
community filled with lots of diversity and character. The menu is our story without
words, and each flavor a moment of our continued journey.  We believe that through our food, cooked with love and intent, it is the truest way to showcase our experiences. The path we’ve traveled as a family and business, has no single origin and is a melting pot of heritage.
