Plenty of Clouds, owned by husband and wife team Travis Post and Lisa Zack, has been operating in Capitol Hill since 2017. They opened Noodle/Bar in 2022 to house their noodle machine. Noodles are made fresh, using flour from Cairnsping Mills and Shepherds Grain, grown and milled in Washington State. The menus at both locations are inspired by Western China.
