- Signature Cuts: A rotating selection of Dry-Aged Beef, USDA Prime, and Premium Angus favorites like New York Strip, Ribeye, and Skirt Steak. Our dry-aged beef is carefully aged in-house for deep flavor and tenderness, while our Prime and Angus selections are hand-selected and expertly cut by our butchers for superior marbling and quality. All cuts are vacuum-sealed for freshness and optimal storage.
- House-Ground Meats & Sausages: Freshly ground Prime beef, all-natural white meat chicken or turkey, and handcrafted small-batch sausages like Sweet or Hot Italian Pork and Chicken Sausage. Made in-house with our signature spice blends for bold, consistent flavor.
- Grill-Ready Proteins: Premium all-natural poultry, pork, and American and imported lamb selections like Apricot-Plum Chicken Skewers, French-Cut Lamb Chops, or Thick-Cut Bone-In Pork Chops—marinated and ready to cook.
