Pickup or Delivery?

  1. Join the Waitlist: Secure your spot for when new memberships open up by joining the waitlist.
  2. Checkout: Make your selections above and proceed to checkout as usual. You won't be billed yet.
  3. Auto-Enrollment: When slots become available, we'll auto-enroll you with an option to opt-out before billing.
  4. Manage Membership: Manage or cancel your waitlist reservation or membership anytime via your member portal; note that cancellation will forfeit your spot in line.

We serve Modern American cuisine, with an emphasis on traditional New England fare (not without occasional excursions into other ethnic styles). Ingredients sourced from local farms we know. A sense of fun, always.
Led by chef-owner Will Gilson, our team brings a mix of culinary and beverage experience to offer quality food, local beers, and wine from independent makers worldwide.
Our space is casual. We aim to share our excitement about our food and wine. Guests and their friends should feel comfortable in our friendly environment.
