The Experience
Packed with quality, flavor, and value — this curated box is perfect for weekly meals, backyard cookouts, or stocking the freezer. Each month features a balanced rotation of raw cuts, marinated favorites, cooked specialties, and house-made provisions — all prepared with the care and high standards you expect from Radius.

Each box includes a mix of beef, pork, chicken, and/or lamb sourced from local Texas farms that strive towards regenerative practices. All raw meat items will be delivered frozen and vacuum sealed so they can be portioned across the month if desired.

Ground Beef Add-on

  2. Checkout: Make your selections above and proceed to checkout as usual. You won't be billed yet.
  3. Auto-Enrollment: When slots become available, we'll auto-enroll you with an option to opt-out before billing.
  4. Manage Membership: Manage or cancel your waitlist reservation or membership anytime via your member portal; note that cancellation will forfeit your spot in line.
From the butcher, a rotating selection of 3 to 5 items. Some examples:
  • Grilling Steaks like sirloin tip, eye of round, tenderized ranch steaks, delmonico, etc
  • Marinated Kebabs cubed lamb or beef, skewered and pre-seasoned
  • Pork Sirloin Chops lean and tender, ideal for weeknight cooking
  • Citrus & Herb Gulf Fish Fillets Local, sustainable fish like snapper or drum lightly marinated
  • Lamb Saddle or Shoulder Chops rich, flavorful cuts, portioned and possibly marinate
  • Braising Cuts like beef chuck roast, pork collar, lamb neck, oxtail perfect for low and slow cooking
  • House-Made Sausages like breakfast links, sweet Italian, chicken and herb, kielbasa
Always-included staples:
  • House-Smoked Bacon thick-cut, nitrate-free, smoked in-house
  • Ground Beef always grass-fed and -finished, great for burgers, bowls, or meatballs
From provisions, a rotating selection of 2 to 4 items. Some examples:
  • Soups, Stews, Broths like beef bourguignon, turkey chili, bone broth that are ready to heat and enjoy
  • Spreads like pesto or herb butter, perfect for adding flavor to dishes
  • Butcher Box Exclusive Dips like white bean hummus, salsa
  • House-Rendered Cooking Essentials like beef tallow, pork lard, tallow herb flavor bombs, demi glace cubes
  • Sliced House Charcuterie like pastrami, ham, corned beef, or pepperoni

At Radius you will not find aisles of packaged goods or endless choices. Instead you will discover a thoughtful selection of local meats, Gulf seafood, seasonal produce, ancient grains, and pantry essentials. The aim is not variety for its own sake but food that nourishes, connects, and satisfies.
