Each drop features small-batch, handcrafted meads inspired by the bounty of the PNW, Norse tradition, and brewer's whims. Expect rotating flavor profiles from a variety of meaderies, detailed tasting notes, and stories from the mead maker and Skål crew that bring each bottle to life.

Here you’ll find a rotating lineup of craft beer, a vast selection of mead, & a cocktail program highlighting the Scandinavian spirit, aquavit. Our gastropub style kitchen explores the flavors of the sea, woods, and farm with plates designed to pair with your drink.
