Meet Chef Michael Molitor
For Chef Molitor, cooking is about creativity, discovery, and a deep love for fresh ingredients. “Fresh pasta, as a medium, is so simple yet genuinely satisfying. A handful of fresh ingredients paired with just the right pasta can not only surprise you but can also quite often evoke a deep-rooted food memory.” A Pacific Northwest native, he’s been shaping Portland’s food scene since 2002, letting seasonal flavors take center stage in his culinary creations.
