The Experience
Imagine opening your kitchen to the fresh flavors of the season, hand-selected by Executive Chef Michael Molitor.

Each month, he'll prepare a pasta kit packed with vibrant, seasonal ingredients—perfectly paired pasta, the freshest seafood, house-made sauces, and bright garnishes. You’ll also get a seasonal salad, Bob the Baker’s famous focaccia, and easy cooking instructions so you can bring a taste of Southpark Seafood home. Every menu is a reflection of what’s in peak season and what’s inspiring Chef Molitor at the moment, making each dish a one-of-a-kind experience!

Pickup or Delivery?

  • Bob's Freshly Baked Foccacia 
  • Chicory Salad – winter greens, sherry dressing, red onion, fried croutons
  • Bay Shrimp Ravioli – housemade ravioli, bearnaise, romanesco
  • Lemon Cheesecake - graham crust, lemon curd, ginger oat crumble, almond florentine
All meals come fully prepared with accompanying Chef's notes & prep instructions — simply assemble & serve.
Pick-Up is the second Thursday of every month!

Meet Chef Michael Molitor
For Chef Molitor, cooking is about creativity, discovery, and a deep love for fresh ingredients. “Fresh pasta, as a medium, is so simple yet genuinely satisfying. A handful of fresh ingredients paired with just the right pasta can not only surprise you but can also quite often evoke a deep-rooted food memory.” A Pacific Northwest native, he’s been shaping Portland’s food scene since 2002, letting seasonal flavors take center stage in his culinary creations.
