Taking inspirations from “quán nhậu” - a Vietnamese term for drinking places. In Saigon, and other parts of Vietnam, when somebody says it’s time to “nhậu”, it’s a call to go drinking and feasting. At these establishments, the food helps facilitate the drinking, and the drinking ensures a great time.

Husband and husband team of Harrion and Tam met in 2017 and quickly bonded over their love of Vietnamese food. Harrison had just returned from spending 2 years teaching in Vietnam and Tam was a native to Saigon. Disappointed by the Vietnamese options in Miami, Tam and Harrison decided to start cooking and sharing their food with friends at their home. This quickly turned into an underground supper club named “Phamily Kitchen.” The duo hosted multiple sold out supper club events, with each offering a unique prix fixe menu featuring Viet regional cuisines and chef driven dishes. In June 2020, an opportunity came to us to be 1-800 Lucky’s first pop-up residency. During this time, we introduced the next evolution of Phamily Kitchen, called Tâm Tâm, offering eclectic Vietnamese dishes that we love. And the reactions were amazing. We were named one of Miami’s best pop-ups by The Hungry Post. Our chicken sandwich was one of Infatuation Miami’s best chicken sandwiches in town.
