The Experience
Each month, Chef Margaret Pak & the Thattu culinary team will curate a rotating multi-course meal featuring signature dishes, seasonal specials, and members-only creations. Initial memberships are limited.
Pickup or Delivery?

  • Shrimp Puff: Puff pastry with spicy shrimp filling (contains egg, shellfish, wheat)
  • Amaranth Salad: Leafy spinach-like veggie tossed with a tamarind based dressing (vegan)
  • Meen Pollichathu: Whole marinated trout in banana leaves, tomato basil gravy (gf)
  • Lime Rice: Lentil lime flavored rice (gf)

All meals come fully prepared with accompanying reheating instructions from Chef Margaret — simply assemble & serve.
You can skip a month, pause or cancel your membership anytime via your Table22 member portal.

Pickups/deliveries will occur on alternating Tuesdays each month. You'll receive an email and text message at the beginning of each month to confirm final scheduling details.
Thattu is located in the beautiful Chicago neighborhood of Avondale. It was born of Chef Margaret Pak’s love for the southwest Indian coastal cuisine of Kerala. Our menu brings you traditions of Kerala along with playful interpretations from our culinary team. Rich with aromatic spices, coconut and curry leaves, the cuisine is a celebration of the bounty of the land and the sea. Our signature cocktails are built to complement the flavors of our cuisine.
