The Experience
Each month, members of our club will receive a rotating selection of premium, ethically-sourced meats, expertly hand-cut by our butchers. Your box will also include house-made specialties, provisions, chef-curated recipes, and step-by-step cooking instructions. 

From the Butcher:
  • USDA, all-natural cuts of beef like USDA Prime Ribeye, Prime New York Strip, and Filet Mignon
  • Homemade fresh and smoked sausages, burger patties, and ground bison
  • All-natural, free-range chicken
  • In-house, family-recipe smoked favorites, including Baby Back Ribs, Tri-Tip, Brisket, Pastrami, Chicken, and Pulled Pork
From the Kitchen:
  • House-made seasonings, soups, rubs, marinades, and tallows

We’re brothers who love good food, good company, and the simple pleasures of great wine, cheese, and the occasional cigar. Growing up in Michigan, we were surrounded by a big family that loved to eat—Sunday dinners around the table, fresh meat from the grill, and good conversation. That’s why we put a big dining table right in the middle of our butcher shop—to share that same experience with you.
Our love for fine meats started in the Dutch butcher shops of Western Michigan, where we watched butchers greet our parents like family, craft fresh sausages, and carve roasts for the holidays. That fascination turned into a lifelong dream, and eventually, this shop. Along the way, we fell in love with wine and now proudly carry selections from our friends in California.
We also grew to love Southern barbecue, so we added smokers to the shop to serve up some of the best slow-cooked meats around. With Darnell’s BBQ menu, we’re serving dishes we’re truly proud of—including what might just be the best Pulled Pork sandwich this side of Michigan.
