Serving up elegant food since opening in November 2021 this gorgeous riverfront concept marks the turning of fine-dining tides in suburbia. The Graceful Ordinary was created by Chicago industry restaurant veterans and husband-wife duo, Megan and Chris Curren. Chris utilized his extensive culinary expertise and classic fine-dining techniques to present a menu of elevated, yet approachable rustic refined tavern fare focused around the restaurant's wood-burning hearth. Wine Director and Sommelier Dan Velisek leverages his extensive expertise in the realms of food, wine and hospitality to craft a wine program that showcases lesser-known wine regions and vineyards, providing unique and delightful options for our patrons.
