This month, you’ll eat like a New Englander for our At Home Wine Dinner or “suppah" in honor of Chef Pete Ryan’s roots in America’s Hometown: Plymouth, Massachusetts. Some claim he was there for the first Thanksgiving in 1621, but we won’t be getting that nostalgic. This experience might have you saying “chowdah” and “lobstah” like a South Shore native, but the wine pairings will elevate the evening for sure. We hope that you are in the mood for some northeast coast comfort foods as we celebrtae who and what has made this such an iconic dining destination.

Owner Peter Ryan was born and raised in the restaurant’s namesake. Chef Pete “pounded pans” on the East and West coasts for more than a dozen years before making his way to Denver in 1999 to join the faculty at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts.
