The Plimoth
At-Home Wine & Dinner Series
This month's At Home Wine Dinner will be “La Vendemmia,” which means grape harvest. In Italy, it’s a time of food, drink, and revelry so expect a fun dance of flavors with every course.
- zuppa di mais - sweet corn velouté with lobster, tomato, and tarragon garni.
- coniglio en porchetta - tuscan sausage stuffed rabbit with prosciutto, roasted apple butter, and fennel pollen
- insalata di vendemmia - charred chicories, grapes, walnuts, gorgonzola dolce, saba
- vitello alla agrodolce - veal cutlet, sweet and sour peppers, olives, cheesy polenta
- crostata di uva - roasted grape tartlette, rosemary honey gelato, confectioners' sugar
We hear that there’s research that the grapes love Mozart, but the harvesters like "L'uva fogarina.” Expect timeless classics from our custom playlist.

Owner Peter Ryan was born and raised in the restaurant’s namesake. Chef Pete “pounded pans” on the East and West coasts for more than a dozen years before making his way to Denver in 1999 to join the faculty at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts. His modern yet casual approach to classical regional dishes has made The Plimoth a beloved chef’s favorite, and he has helped train some of Colorado’s best cooks and culinary entrepreneurs. Now, you too can benefit from his many adventures abroad with stories, techniques, and exclusive culinary creations delivered right to your door through Table 22. Experience the flavors, learn the secrets, and bring a piece of The Plimoth’s charm into your own kitchen.
