This month's At Home Wine Dinner will be vegged out! The menu is inspired by a Côte d’Azur Garden Party we are having this summer but you get to enjoy it from the comfort of your own home. Dress up if you want to feel like a celebrity vacationing along France's famous blue coast.

• Classic salade niçoise with tuna, green beans, egg, and potato
• Tomato, peach, and basil salad with black olive crumble
• Summer squash, eggplant, tomato ratatouille with red pepper sauce
• Braised rabbit leg, olives, capers, crispy rosemary, new potatoes
• Mini tarte tropézienne with fresh fruit (optional dessert)

BONUS COURSE: Cast iron cornbread with Colorado honey butter and local preserves. Eat anytime during this meal. This mini cast iron is seasoned and yours to keep.

Owner Peter Ryan was born and raised in the restaurant’s namesake. Chef Pete “pounded pans” on the East and West coasts for more than a dozen years before making his way to Denver in 1999 to join the faculty at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts. His modern yet casual approach to classical regional dishes has made The Plimoth a beloved chef’s favorite, and he has helped train some of Colorado’s best cooks and culinary entrepreneurs.
