Leading the way in cheese education is Julia Fox-Birnbaum, a seasoned cheesemonger with a deep passion for making great cheese approachable. Before founding Philly Cheese School, she managed one of the largest cheese counters on the East Coast, trained with top mongers, and built lasting relationships with farmers and producers.
