Twisted Tree Baking Company

Twisted Tree Bakery & Provisions Box

The Experience
Each month’s box continues what we learned in Grandma Dee’s kitchen: that good food is an act of care. Crafted with wonder, meant to be shared, and never rushed. These are the high quality, artisanal bakes that we'd enjoy with our own family.

Inside, you’ll find a rotating mix of breads and pastries — some familiar, some seasonal, some pulled straight from Dee’s recipe cards. Imagine: rustic country sourdough, our freshly baked croissants, sourdough chocolate chip cookies, Dee’s dark cherry kuchen, and other items that aren't available to the public. Sometimes it’s new, sometimes once-a-year, always something we’re proud to share.

For those who want a little more indulgence, the Essentials Plus! box builds on the monthly selection with a Pie of the Month and a pantry item that we think you can't live without — think apple crumble pie, pumpkin molasses pie, or double-crust cherry pie alongside small-batch olive oils, house-made lemon curd, strawberry jam, or an extra loaf we can’t stop eating.

Twisted Tree Baking Company is a family-run bakery in the heart of downtown Edmond, rooted in the rhythms of home kitchens and early mornings. Siblings Robert and Kassie built it from the floor up, shaped by the kind of food their Grandma Dee used to make—simple, generous, and never rushed.

The name comes from a tree near Dee’s house. Bent by the wind, wrapped around an old coat hanger, still standing. It’s how they think about baking too. Making space for beauty, even when life gets messy.

Each morning starts early. Dough gets shaped by hand, ovens get hot, and by noon most shelves are empty. Nothing here is made to scale. It’s made to matter.

This club is a small extension of that pace. A way to share what’s seasonal, what’s extra special, what didn’t make it to the case. Every box is packed with care from the same kitchen, with the same intention: to feed people well.
