The Experience
Each month, awarded Chefs Jennifer Jasinski and Adam Branz will curate a rotating meal experience featuring signature dishes, seasonal specials, and off-menu chef's creations.

  • Pan con tomate:pan de cristal, garlic, tomato, olive oil

  • Patatas bravas: crispy potatoes, salsa brava, aioli
  • Trucha navarra: pan seared trout, jamon serrano, kohlrabi salad, tonnato
  • Moorish spiced pork ribs: basque chili glaze, olive oil
