When you join Pilot Project’s Brew Crew, you’ll receive a rotating monthly selection of FOUR 4-packs of both experimental brews as well as house favorites. This curated selection allows you to explore all of our offerings including seasonal selections and specialty off-menu malted beverages. Everything is freshly brewed in-house, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your curated allotment of beer, hard kombucha, and more.

Each month you’ll receive (4) 4-packs of varied selections— $50

Pilot Project was created as a purpose-driven, collaborative, and artistically curious brewing and tasting room facility to help support talented brewers in an industry with exceptionally high barriers. Modeled after the music industry, Pilot Project serves as a launch pad for start-up breweries, offering assistance with fine-tuning recipes, production scaling, business development, marketing, distribution and more. It is our mission to foster experimental and small-batch brewing, present an unparalleled consumer tasting experience, and act as an industry-defining innovator in fermented malt beverages. We are Chicago's incubator dedicated to the art of brewing and community inspired by the craft.
