The Experience
Each month, the Van Hook team will select generous cuts of a variety of cheeses and
accompaniments to create a well-balanced offering that is ready to enjoy. Your monthly
cheese club will showcase a range of flavors, textures, and milk types, highlighting the
seasonality and evolving nature of artisan cheesemaking. Cheese quantities will vary
based on our selections, but the value will be the same in each month’s box.

Orders are available for pick up and ship out the third week of each month. You can skip a month, pause or cancel your membership anytime via your Table22 member portal.
We stock 75-100 artisan cheeses in each of our shops. We love to share the stories, flavor notes, and characteristics of each one with our guests. 
We can cut samples of most of our stock before you buy, and whether you are buying cheese for a recipe, a celebration, or a snack, we can help find what you need. 
Our cheese inventory rotates frequently based on seasonality and availability, so we do not post a menu or offer online ordering at the moment. 
We also offer a full selection of high quality cured meats sliced to order- prosciutto, jamon, speck, many types of salami, bresaola, mortadella, pates, and more.
