  • Summer Roasted Root Burrata: A culinary masterpiece where creamy burrata cheese sits atop a medley of roasted carrots, beets, and parsnips. Finished with a drizzle of tangy green balsamic reduction.
  • Nigerian-Spiced Crab Medallion: Delicate crab cakes infused with Nigerian spices, celery, and red pepper, served with a zesty lemon mayonnaise.
  • Heritage Braised Beef Short Ribs: Slow-braised beef short ribs in an African red wine sauce, enhanced with Ethiopian honey, chili flakes, ginger, garlic, and rosemary, served with assorted baby potatoes and pearl onions. Garnished with chopped green onions.
  • Le Grand Baobab and Walnut Cheese Cake: A light and airy dessert that blends the smoothness of chocolate with the subtle hints of African Chokolà bean.
