The Experience

We built Wagner Market on a simple belief: good food tastes better when it’s shared with good people. These clubs are our way of making that connection even more personal.

Members can choose from three exclusive boxes each month — Brat Lab Exclusives box (filled with exclusive flavors from Ruben and our team), a full spread of our Chef's choice of premium meats, provisions, and recipes, or a members-only seasonal craft beer rotation curated exclusively by ‘Craft Beer Mike'. You’ll have the flexibility to switch your selections month to month. Every package is thoughtfully curated to reflect the season and showcase the products we’re most excited about.

Spots are extremely limited. You can pause or cancel at any time.

Brat Lab Box (+$45)

12 handcrafted brats: a six-pack of Brat Lab exclusives, and a six-pack of one of our all-time favorites.

Chef’s Butcher Box ($125)

A rotating selection of premium steaks, brats, pork, chicken, marinades, provisions and recipes. Makes a minimum of 4 meals for 2 people.

Craft Beer Club ($70)

A seasonal rotation of 12 limited-release craft beers, crafted exclusively for members by 'Craft Beer Mike'.

Cheese & Charcuterie Add-On

Add to your monthly package with a rotating selection of cheese and cured meat. We'll pull from the same selection that we'd be excited to take home ourselves.

Wine Pairing Add-On

One bottle per month, hand-picked to match what’s in your box. $25 gets you a classic table wine we’d pour with dinner any night of the week. $45 gets you something a little more special — what we’d open when friends are over and the music’s good.
