Wolf and Wheat is Austin's newest bakery from Michelin Starred Pastry Chef Margarita Kallas-Lee. Walk right into the center of her bustling pastry kitchen where her team is working on desserts and breads for all of Scratch Restaurants’ properties. For the first time ever, you can now take home the desserts that have won her countless awards at her many restaurants. Items like her famous sourdough that uses a 58-year-old starter are now available retail along side the makrut lime ice-cream bonbons, made famous at Sushi By Scratch Restaurants locations worldwide, and an ever rotating roster of sweet treats!
